Partnership models

We offer our customers three different types of cooperation. All three models listed below represent only a general manner and are usually adapted to each customer's specific requirements. Based on this we offer a flexible, pragmatic and goal-oriented approach

Classical project solution

This model is used when a customer requires a fast and convenient support for an upcoming development or in need of special support in certain technology areas.
Here, the underlying contracts are project based. Normally, iC Compas GmbH & Co KG enters such a case at the end of the specification process in the project, so that also ensures that the iC Compas GmbH & Co KG can develop an overall understanding of the solution. The development will take place in the developing centers of iC Compas GmbH & Co KG, which guarantees a high quality cost-effective and quality delivery. Long-term cooperation

In this model, the entire responsibility for a product or a specific application is at iC Compas GmbH & Co KG . A dedicated team takes on the task in order to maximize support over the entire life cycle to ensure that time, including updates and new releases. Moreover, here, of course, secured the continuity of know-how's and the project-specific experiences.
The responsibility of the product and the specification is still at the customer, project management, however changes to the iC Compas GmbH & Co KG. This is a continuous process of coordination between the product management and project management is necessary

Covering peak demands

In this model, the customer has the full responsibility of the project and realized much of it themselves or with other partners.
